Suzuki Other tech info
Suzuki Other description
1976 Suzuki RE5 Rotary. Original unmolested bike. Still on the original tires. Recent front calipers/master cyl rebuild. New thermostat and radiator. Bike starts/runs/rides/stops like it did in 76. New Battery. Only thing that does not work is Low Beam. Tank was repainted where original decal came off on the left side. I ride it periodically but not fast or far as to keep the mileage down. Overall it's good/very good condition. Japanese chrome wasn't the best in the 70's and this has a couple of little spots. Not bad, but not perfect. I'd call it a 20/20. At 20 ft or 20 mph it looks great. Engine covers have yellowed some over the yrs and I have a brand new gasket set if you want to pull them off and polish them up a bit. Shipping is the buyers responsibility both physically and financially. 500 deposit due within 24 hrs with balance due within 7 days. Bike can be stored until shipping arrangements are made. I've used Uship a lot and kept contact information from the individuals that I would use again. Be glad to pass that information along if needed. |
