I am reluctantly selling my 2008 Suzuki GSXR 1000. The only reason that I am selling is that I just do not have time to ride it, as you can see by the low miles. The bike has been serviced regularly, The spark plugs are brand new, only rode a few miles since installed, the rear tire only has a couple hundred miles on it, oil was changed at the same time as the rear tire. The bike rides like a charm, should not need any immediate maintenance. The bike has two minor modifications, a fender eliminator kit from GIXXRBOYS, the tag light is blue. And the Bike has a shorty exhaust, I think it sounds great with the shorty exhaust, but I will also include the factory exhaust with the bike (as seen in last picture). The bike does currently have a lien on it, so I will need a few weeks after purchase to get the title, but I am guaranteeing a CLEAN transferable Florida title. Mon, 14 Apr 2014Ryan Villopoto won his fifth race of the season while James Stewart took second place to just barely remain in contention for the 2014 AMA Supercross title. Meanwhile it was a bitter-sweet podium for third-place finisher KTM‘s Ryan Dungey who was officially mathematically eliminated from title contention. Racing in his home town of Seattle, Wash., Villopoto led every lap en route to an easy win, his fifth of the season.
Kevin Schwantz Visits Suzuki Headquarters Ahead of Suzuka 8-Hours
Mon, 07 Jul 2014Former 500cc World Champion Kevin Schwantz recently visited Japan to take part in the official test for the 2014 Coca-Cola Zero Suzuka 8-Hours. Schwantz, who last year finished third at Suzuka riding for Team Kagayama, is part of the Yoshimura Suzuki Shell Advance Legend Racing Team and will ride alongside his 1986 Suzuka 8-Hour partner Satoshi Tsujimoto and Suzuki Moto GP test rider Nobuatsu Aoki. The Texan also visited Suzuki headquarters in Hamamatsu prior to the test and was met by Representative Director and Executive Vice President, Mr.
