Suzuki GSX-R description

Selling my 2008 Suzuki GSXR-600 K8.  I do not have the time to ride anymore.  Bike is in great condition and shows very little signs of wear.  Adult owned, I do not pull wheelies or ride this thing hard.  No mechanical issues at all.  Bike is ready to ride for the rest of the season.  Upgrades include a tinted windscreen, Hotbodies slip on muffler with a mid pipe(cat delete), RAM mount with cell phone holder and shogun frame sliders front and rear.  Buyer pays and coordinates shipping if needed.  I do have a lien with a bank in Cincinnati, OH so buyer will need to have their bank work with mine to get payoff or pay cash so the title can be released. Please message me with any questions.  Someone will be getting a great deal on this bike.

2014 AMA Supercross – Indianapolis Results

Mon, 03 Mar 2014

Ryan Dungey captured his first win of the 2014 AMA Supercross season in a wild main event that saw two of the top title contenders crashing on the starting straight at Indianapolis‘ Lucas Oil Stadium. Smartop MotoConcepts Suzuki rider Mike Alessi took the holeshot for the second race in a row, but the big news was incoming points leader Ryan Villopoto and Ken Roczen going down before the first turn. Roczen trailed Villopoto by nine points going into the Indianapolis round, but the KTM rookie’s hopes of overtaking the reigning champion took a blow when he went down on the straight, knocking Villopoto off in the process.

Looking after number 1

Fri, 06 Jan 2012

There was a time when a rider’s number indicated his position from the previous season, with the ultimate accolade being the number 1 emblazoned on the front of the champion's bike. The rise of branding in MotoGP and a rider wanting to market themselves, born from Barry Sheene and his retention of no.7, saw riders decide against displaying their finish from the year before. Rossi, who on winning his numerous championships, stuck with his famous #46 in defence of his titles, instead of stamping a great number 1 on his bikes.
