Suzuki GSX-R description

Up for auction is my 2007 Suzuki GSXR 600. This has been a great bike for me, no problems, I run synthetic Mobil 1 oil, current oil has 2,000 miles on it. It comes with rear spools already installed for a bike stand, tires are Michelin Pilots with about 1500 miles on them. I put new tires on it a couple months ago. It has a Jardine GP slip on that was installed by the previous owner, NEW K&N air filter installed by me about a month or so ago. This bike features a custom color chosen by and painted by me. It is Viper Toxic Orange, the color is off a 2010 Dodge Viper. It also has gloss black on some of it. This orange stands out in a crowd with the chrome decals. Paint is very nice, it's only about 3 months old, there are a few minor cracks and scratches that have been touched up, small, not that noticeable. This bike has been my daily driver to and from work this summer. I bought the bike last fall at an insurance auction. The bike had been laid down on the right side. I replaced the headlight, upper stay bracket, ignition (wires were frayed), windscreen (tinted), right fairing, added frame sliders, bike had very minimal damage which is why I bought it. Looking to move to a Yamaha R1 in the spring so I'm selling my GSXR now. This bike does have a rebuilt title and can be registered just like you would a clear title bike. This bike is sold not actual miles. I bought it that way, with the ignition wires frayed they were not able to check the miles. When I replaced the ignition the odometer read 9,254 miles, it now reads 11,264, mileage will be slightly higher as I am still riding it. F1 light is on, don't know why, bike runs great, doesn't overheat or anything, rides smooth. Right mirror has scratches, wiggles a little but is functional, never replaced it.

Mostly commuting miles, adult owned, no stunts, wheelies, etc. I am not desperate to sell, so no low ball offers please. I have the title free from liens in my hand ready to be transferred to the new owner. $500 deposit due via Paypal within 24 hours, the balance due in cash within 1 week of auction end.

CASH ONLY. NOT LOOKING TO TRADE, LOOKING FOR CASH, NO CHECKS OF ANY KIND.

Any questions please feel free to contact me via ebay, Buy from a trusted seller, I have sold vehicles in the past, this is my 3rd bike, I have 100% feedback rating and plan to keep it that way. I'm sure I'm forgetting something, but any questions please ask.

Thanks for looking and good luck!

Results From Day 1 Of Second Sepang MotoGP Test

Wed, 26 Feb 2014

With the absence of Marc Marquez from the second Sepang MotoGP test, due to a broken leg suffered in a training accident, another Honda rider took his place at the top of the time sheets, though it’s not who you might think. Alvaro Bautista on the Gresini Honda set the fastest time at the end of the first day with a 2:00.848. The time is 1.3 second slower than the fastest time Marquez set at the last Sepang test.

MotoGP‘s Grand Prix Commission announced the series will adopt a standardized Engine Control Unit hardware and software programming for all entries starting with the 2016 season. At the moment, all teams are required to use a standard ECU hardware supplied by Magneti Marelli. Teams competing under the Factory option are allowed to use their own proprietary software programming while Open option participants must use standardized software.

K-Tech release 25SSK for Big Piston Forks

Mon, 21 May 2012

K-Tech have released their popular 25SSK front fork open cartridge system to fit all Showa Big Piston Forks. Here's what K-Tech have to say about them: These lightweight aluminium units are supplied to the same exacting specification as all other 25SSK fitments with 14mm piston rods and a 25mm cartridge tube, the 14mm piston rods displace a large volume of oil through the 25mm control pistons giving enhanced damping characteristics over the standard Big Piston Fork and allow a bigger volume of air for a more precise feel at the bottom of the fork travel. The cartridge kits have compression and rebound adjustment in both legs and are supplied with 1.5mm Flow Control Valves for a more accurate adjustment, all necessary hardware is supplied to convert the Big Piston Forks to take the cartridges but it is necessary to order the springs you require as these are not included, customer price for the 25SSK cartridges is £725.00 + VAT and are available for the following models:- Honda CBR1000RR 2012 Kawasaki ZX6-R 2009-2012 Kawasaki ZX10-R 2011-2012 Suzuki GSXR600 2011-2012 Suzuki GSXR1000 2009-2012 Contact K-Tech on: +44(0)1283 559007.
