Up for sale is a Suzuki GSF1200/S. It runs good. It is dented up pretty bad and the front forks are slightly bent. Tires on it are fair, The cover on the back of the speedometer is gone, Sprockets look good. It has a salvage title. The headlight housing is busted. It has two brothers exhaust. If you have any questions please feel free to ask. I try to take pictures of everything I can, especially the flaws, If you need more I can get you more.I prefer cash but will accept personal checks if adequate time is provided for them to clear before pickup. Electric Motorcycle Conversion

Donald and Andrew Higginbotham, are a father and son team that converted a Suzuki RF900 into an electric motorcycle at their home over the course of three months worth of Saturdays. It ended up costing about $3,000 to complete with parts from Electric Motorsport. The bike gets about 35 miles per charge at a maximum speed of 55mph.

2014 Suzuki V-Strom 650 Recalled for Defective Drive Chain

Suzuki Motor of America announced a recall on the 2014 V-Strom 650 ABS because of a problem with the drive chain. As of this writing, the recall campaign has not been posted by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, but we expect this to be done shortly. Meanwhile north of the border, a similar recall has been announced for the 2014 Suzuki GSX650FA by Transport Canada describing a similar problem.

Dropped Suzuki Dealerships Represented Only 2.5% of Retail Sales

American Suzuki raised some eyebrows after news broke yesterday the company was cancelling franchise agreements with numerous dealerships in the U.S. The company was already under close scrutiny after making the bold decision to quit selling cars to focus on powersports when it filed for Chapter 11 in November. Reducing its dealer network appears to go against that idea, at least on the surface.
