Suzuki DR-Z description
Very nice bike. Has been ridden very little. My daughter bought it in 2008 from original owner who rode it a few times and laid it down gently in the yard and was scared of it. He was 10 yrs. old and she has probably put about 15 to 20 hrs. on it. It is a strong bike, will carry me (245 lbs) OK. It is in excellent shape and the only thing I know is wrong is the decals on the tank has bubbles under it which is common for a plastic tank. Just took the carb. to the shop and had it cleaned from setting with old gas in it and it starts and runs fine. $1475.00 firm and well worth it. Any questions please email me or if you want to talk in person I will give my number upon request. This is a pick up only. I will assist in shipping if you arrange all details. I will meet with truck or deliver it to Roanoke Va. the closest large city to me, for shipping. Thanks for looking.

Japan Needs Your Help
Thu, 17 Mar 2011By now, we’ve all seen pictures and video of the devastation in Japan following the March 11 earthquake and the ensuing tsunamis. Japan, of course, has contributed much to motorcycling, with the Big Four of Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki and Yamaha, as well as tire manufacturer Bridgestone, helmet companies Arai and Shoei and many other motorcycle industry stalwarts all coming from the Land of the Rising Sun. Jon Bekefy and Greg Hatton, two motorcycle enthusiasts, industry employees and above all, humanitarians, have set up a fundraising campaign benefiting the Red Cross for relief efforts in Japan.
