1995 Other Makes 605 on 2040-motos

This ad is for a immaculate 1995 ATK 605. This bike is considered by some as the best of the ATK big bore 4 strokes as it was the first year for the complete line of high end components including Talon hubs and Radialite sprockets and the last year for the full flex-free frame. In 96 ATK went all Buck Rogers with their frame design and they were never as good. I have owned this bike since 2000 and somewhere along about 03 I tore it down to it's smallest component, nothing was overlooked. After the complete ground up restoration I put approx. 8-10 hours on it at the local off road park. It has been sitting in the far corner of my heated shop ever since. I do fire it up once or twice a year and bring it up to operating temp and then drain all the gas out and put it back in the corner. That is probably why it is now for sale. Here is a partial list of what has been done to the bike.

Make no mistake about it this is a big bike meant for experienced riders as it puts down some very healthy HP. This is for all practical purposes a new bike as everything that can wear was either rebuilt or replaced. ATK made approx. 200 of these bikes in 95 and I seriously doubt that the other 199 look anything like this one. Bike comes with a few spare parts shown in the photos. I will not consider lowball offers as I have invested roughly 3 times my asking price into this bike and I do not need to sell it to finance an operation or anything. I would be willing to palletize the bike and spare parts but due to the volume of components here it will not be cheap so pickup is definitely preferred. 500.00 deposit within 24 hrs. of auction close and balance at time of pickup.
