Norton commando MK3 electric description
Barn fresh 1975 Norton Commando MK III electric. stored over 30 years by a bike collector who oiled the cylinders and sprayed the bike down with WD-40 before he stored it .Bike Appears all original and in good condition with matching frame and engine numbers.the paint on the gas tank appears to have had additives or something spilled on it.The paint on the side covers are fine. also the lenses on the gauges are split but intact.I hooked up a supplement gas tank and battery cleaned the points and plugs and it started right up.the bike runs good considering its been sitting all this time. The bike will need further maintenance. tank and carbs need to be cleaned The rear brake works. front will need to be bleed. tires are good and hold air and don't appear to have flat spots seeing it was stored on the center stand. This bike will clean up real nice seeing there is no heavy oxidation anywhere on the machine. The bike is being sold as is with a clear NH tile and no warranty implied. No pay-pal, credit cards, or personal checks accepted ,payment will be made in cash within 7 days of auction closing. Local pickup only. I do not provide shipping.

Prince William The Duke Of Ducs And Other Motorcycles

The visit saw the Duke astride numerous motorcycle models including UK icons Norton and Triumph as well as a Ducati 1199 Superleggera (one of the few men able to afford the $70,000 rarity). During his visit Prince William enjoyed a display of off-road riding – one of nine opportunities for visitors to ride at Motorcycle Live, eight of which are inside the halls of the NEC. He also met Dean Linehan, exhibitions director of MCI Exhibitions, the company that organizes the annual motorcycle exhibition.
