Offered is a numbers matching,well sorted Norton Commando 850. this is a proper Norton that has been completely gone thru by a reputable Norton Shop.Nothing was left undone and no short cuts taken.Mechanically a 9.9. Tank and side panels have been professionaly finished, the letters and pinstripes have several coats of clear on them. Bike has been converted to a single Muniki carberator for easier tuning. Bike has tremendous compression and the new peashooter mufflers sound awesome this bike needs nothing mechanically, $6,000 was spent on getting everything mechanically correct. All of the original bits and pieces are in place. Just the right amount of patina not over polished. This is a great looking British classic motorcycle. It looks like a piece of artwork.  I will be selling a lifelong collection of Moto Guzzi's and Triumphs as well. Moto Electra has found a new, innovative way to combine old and new technologies in its electric race bike. The Virginia-based Moto Electra has been an active participant in electric motorcycle racing for the last few years, competing against much larger, better funded teams with a race bike using an electric motor and 1950s Norton Featherbed frame. That melding of old and new has produced surprising results, including podium finishes in the TTXGP and victory in a race featuring both electric and gas-powered motorcycles.

The British company plans to produce 40 motorcycles of this model, most of which have already been prepaid. And only after the end of the story with Commando, the company will move on to the assembly of the V4 model, and then the two long-awaited Atlases. According to the company's management, the new model, Norton Atlas, currently still requires a number of final fine-tuning works before the start of mass production.
