Moto Guzzi Stelvio description
Purchased new in August 2014. Was in cold storage at Guzzi USA and watched bike assembled from crate at Matthews Aprilia/Moto Guzzi in North Carolina. Is in ‘As New’ condition, if not better with upgrades. Is an amazing looking machine, perfect in every way, pristine and 100% a ‘Garage Queen’. Is setup to ride coast to coast or weekend camping in the mountains. Rides, runs, looks, performs as if rolled off the showroom floor. Would cost $12k to set up a similar Stelvio. Receive comments every time out. Glad to discuss with a phone call. Have hi-res images on Flicker, will send link on request as unable to post .coms on eBay. Had the ECU reflashed by Todd, owner of GuzziTech dot com. Bike runs beautifully. However, if prefer, easy to remove PCV5 and make stock. New in box GPR stainless catalytic ($350) exhaust included and stock OEM O2 sensor. 1954 AJS E95 May Fetch Upwards of $750K in August Pebble Beach Auction
Wed, 18 May 2011This uber rare 1954 AJS E95, aka The Porcupine, may become the most expensive motorcycle in the world. World-famous auction house, Bonhams, has recently announced that it will handle auctioning of an ultra-rare 1954 AJS E95 during the Pebble Beach Car Week held annually in August at the Quail Lodge Golf Club in Carmel, Calif. Bonhams estimates that due to the rarity of the E95 (only four were completed by British brand AJS) it may see a bid as high as $750,000.
Moto Guzzi Taking the Motorcycle Show Experience to Airports to Promote the California 1400
Wed, 20 Feb 2013A pair of muscular-looking V-Twin cruisers sit on a dais in front of a dramatically lit backdrop as attractive female brand representatives greet guests, answer questions and pose for pictures. This scene is fairly commonplace at convention centers during the motorcycle show season, but Moto Guzzi is taking the scenario to a new location: airports. Moto Guzzi is bringing the motorcycle show experience to select airports in Europe to promote its new California 1400 models.
Leaked Photo Shows 2013 Moto Guzzi California 1400 in Touring Trim
Fri, 28 Sep 2012Back in March, Piaggio Vice President of design Miguel Galluzzi revealed the Italian firm would release several versions of the new Moto Guzzi California 1400 including a full touring version. We’ve seen photographs of the new California in prototype form from Piaggio‘s North American dealer meeting, but we’ve now come across a picture of what looks like the final production version in full touring trim. The picture, appears to have been leaked from an official catalog photoshoot, shows the new Moto Guzzi California 1400 with hard bags, engine bars, extra lighting and windscreen.
