Massimo Bordi Out at MV Agusta as Company Considers IPO

MV Agusta announced a change in its executive as the company considers going public with an initial public offering. The Italian manufacturer introduced Giorgio Girelli as its new executive vice president. Girelli’s appointment comes a day after CycleWorld reports MV Agusta has opted not to renew the contract of Chief Executive Officer Massimo Bordi.

MV Agusta To Manufacture Racing Parts With Help From Yakhnich Motorsport

MV Agusta released a rather odd statement today. In it was the announcement that MV Agusta and Yakhnich Motorsport had joined forces to enter the World Superbike and World Supersport championships. The 2012 MV Agusta Brutale 675 is the smallest member of the Brutale line, but it’s also the most high-tech. The Brutale 675 gets the same ride-by-wire throttle control and traction control system as the new F3.
