2007 kx450, freshly rebuilt motor, new crank,crank bearings and seals, cylinder replated by power seal. Head has been modified for additional performance, it does have a compression release for easy starting, kicks like 250 when activated. All new plastic, does not have Spliced frame rails, all new for a very clean look. Suspension is from a 2008 kx250f, Showa front and rear, this was intentional, i was building this for me and wanted the best, so now you can have the best. Radiators are oversized for added cooling, chain and sprockets are newer, rear tire new front in good shape. Pro taper bars and triples clamps. This is an amazing bike for a fraction of what others get

2014 AMA Supercross – Indianapolis Results

Ryan Dungey captured his first win of the 2014 AMA Supercross season in a wild main event that saw two of the top title contenders crashing on the starting straight at Indianapolis‘ Lucas Oil Stadium. Smartop MotoConcepts Suzuki rider Mike Alessi took the holeshot for the second race in a row, but the big news was incoming points leader Ryan Villopoto and Ken Roczen going down before the first turn. Roczen trailed Villopoto by nine points going into the Indianapolis round, but the KTM rookie’s hopes of overtaking the reigning champion took a blow when he went down on the straight, knocking Villopoto off in the process.

US Motorcycle Thefts Down 6% in 2011

Americans reported 46,667 motorcycle thefts in 2011, a 6% decrease from 49,791 stolen motorcycles in 2010, reports the National Insurance Crime Bureau. Despite the drop in reported thefts, the non-profit organization representing nearly 1100 property and casualty insurance companies says the theft rate still averages out to one motorcycle stolen every 11 minutes in the U.S. The numbers were published in the NICB’s 2011 ForeCAST Report which examined theft reports as well as recoveries.
