I completely restored this bike a couple years ago and its been sitting in my shop covered ever since. The bike was completely taken down the frame and painted parts taken down to bare metal and painted with PJ1 frame paint. The engine was completely disassembled inspected and rebuilt. There was no frame damage and the bike has never been down to my knowledge. The bike starts nice and runs and drives and shifts very nice. There are no oil leaks and the bike is like new very close to show quality. The small owners manual is in fair condition for its age. There is no tool kit . The bike has 5 miles on it and needs to be broken in like a brand new bike. The original exhaust is all thats missing for it to be %100 original and complete. The 4 into 1 exhaust thats on there now I believe is an old school Yoshimura pipe in decent shape.The frame # is Z1F-065202 and the engine is Z1E-065429 and the build date is 12/74 and is a matching #s bike. Villopoto to Enter World Motocross Championship
Wed, 01 Oct 2014Four-time consecutive AMA Superbike Champion Ryan Villopoto is ready to move on to the next stage of his career, signing on to represent Kawasaki in the World Motocross Championship in 2015. Villopoto will race in the newly- christened MXGP class. Formerly known as the MX1 class, MXGP allows 450cc four-stroke machines and 250cc two-strokes.

Mon, 23 Jul 2012Marco Melandri bit a chunk off of Max Biaggi‘s World Superbike championship points lead by taking a pair of wins at Brno. The double was the first in Melandri’s career and the first for BMW. Biaggi, who arrived in the Czech Republic with four wins and nine podium finishes in ten previous races at Brno, was held off the podium this year, shrinking his lead in the championship to 21 points from 48.

Tue, 29 May 2012Marco Melandri earned BMW its second ever World Superbike victory to move into second place in the championship standings behind Max Biaggi in the series’ only stop in the United States. Melandri won a red-flagged Race Two at Utah’s Miller Motorsports Park after finishing second to defending WSBK Champion Carlos Checa in Race One to give him 142.5 points on the season, tied with Kawasaki‘s Tom Sykes but behind Aprilia‘s Biaggi who leads the way with 160.5 points.
