Kawasaki Other description

This bike runs well, idles nice, has good throttle response; has working head light, tail light, and brake light. The charging system is good. The turn signals operate but may need to have the ground connections cleaned. The dimmer switch needs to be cleaned. The right side cover mounting tab and tachometer are broken as shown. The wheel spokes have some rust and the seat has some rips, but the pan and the foam are in good shape; the horn button has been modified, there is a very small dent in gas tank and the outer right hand cylinder head fin has been slightly shaved down as shown.

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has now released documents from American Honda’s recall of ABS-equipped CTX700 and CTX700N that shed some more light into the issue. According to the documentation, a manufacturing error may have resulted in Nissin ABS modulators being contaminated with aluminum chips.
