Kawasaki Other description

1971 Kawasaki H1. This is an unrestored survivor bike. They're only original once. The stock bars go with the bike. Original paint has some minor chips/scratches but shines and looks great for a 45 year old bike. No dents anywhere. The pipes are solid but have some staining (mainly on the left pipe). Chrome on the rims, forks, headlight is all nice, chrome on both fenders is a little duller. Seat has a few stains but no rips I can see. The oiler cover has a little road rash. The bike runs but could use tuning (bogs off choke). Pickup is Merrillville, Indiana 46410. I will ship, but shipping must be paid and arranged by buyer. Please see photo's and feel free to ask questions 219-702-6198.  $500 paypal deposit due at close of auction.

AMA Supercross: 2012 Anaheim II Results

Mon, 06 Feb 2012

The 2012 AMA Supercross season is shaping up to be a tight one, with four racers and former champions healthy and jockeying for position on top of the points standings. Ryan Villopoto, Chad Reed, Ryan Dungey and James Stewart have all claimed wins in the first four rounds. After the second Anaheim round, the four contenders, representing four different manufacturers, are separated by just 13 points.

Brammo Earns Seventh Place Against Gas Bikes

Mon, 06 May 2013

This past weekend, Brammo arrived to Sonoma Raceway in Central California ready to do battle. Only this time the electric sportbike manufacturer would be trading blows not with other electric bikes, but with their ICE counterparts at the second round of the American Federation of Motorcyclists series — one of the oldest club racing organizations in the country. We recently mentioned Brammo’s eligibility with AFM, and this weekend was the first outing. Team Icon Brammo and its two riders Eric Bostrom and Steve Atlas competed on the Empulse RR machines while third rider, Shelina Moreda, rode the Team Parker Brammo Empulse TTX — a modified version of the road-legal Empulse.

The Japanese fantasized about the new Kawasaki Ninja 250

Sun, 25 Dec 2016

The small sportbike was last updated in 2013, but the next update is just around the corner. The Japanese magazine Young Machine has published a hypothetical (or, who knows, very likely) image of the new generation Kawasaki Ninja 250, which will appear at the end of next year or in 2018. The render is intriguing: according to it, the younger “ninja” can get a “birdcage” frame and a “changeling” fork.
