I have a sweet Kawasaki ninja 250r 2012 with only 927 miles. It was upgraded to bigger tires, front and rear and professionally installed. Also, the exhaust was replaced by the top of the line Black Series Two brothers exhaust and professionally pipped wrapped to give it a nice spin to the color spectrum. The tail light has been replaced as well with an integrated tail light and body kit. The side signals have been replaced as well with carbon side signals. Randy de Puniet's custom W650
Fri, 16 Dec 2011MotoGP star Randy de Puniet commissioned Deus customs to build him a motorcycle for the streets of Sydney. Randy's brief was for a middleweight, 2-up twin that would be light enough to slice through the city streets and have the power for blasts on the open road, and have orange, black and white for the paint. Deus chose the Kawasaki W650, lowered it at both ends, fitted an SR500 tank, lobbed the old air box and added K&N filters, stuck on a custom 2-into-2 exhaust system and added low-profile fenders to finish off the clean and simple look.
2014 WSBK – Laguna Seca Results
Mon, 14 Jul 2014Marco Melandri rebounded from last week’s disappointing Portimao round to win Race One at Laguna Seca while Tom Sykes extended his championship lead with a win in a red-flagged Race Two. Melandri got taken out of the second Portimao race after his Aprilia teammate Sylvain Guintoli slid into his RSV4. Melandri looked eager to make up for that DNF, leading every lap of Race One on his way to his third win of the season.
2011 Kawasaki ZX-10R – 170 hp At The Wheel!
Fri, 12 Nov 2010A new, somewhat clandestine, video surfaced on YouTube just today revealing that Kawasaki’s new 2011 ZX-10R produces over 170 hp at the rear wheel in stock trim. Taking this at face value, that’s at least 17 hp more than the 2010 ZX-10R produced for us in our 2010 Literbike Shootout. This puts the new big Ninja within swinging distance of BMW’s S1000RR, that in the same shootout gave us just under 176 hp.
