Kawasaki Ninja description

2009 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-14, lay-a-way - Kawasaki’s flagship superbike reigns supreme. In the ever changing world of global superbike supremacy, the mantra “evolve or get left behind” still holds true. The 2009 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-14 has not rested on its laurels. The winning traits – massive torque, effortless power, agile handling and comfortable ergonomics – of the 1,352-cubic-centimeter Ninja king have landed it a sizeable collection of open class sportbike victories. Despite ever-tightening noise and emissions regulations, the ZX-14 has continued to set the pace of sportbike excellence ever since its domineering debut in March of 2006.

Among the many bikes set to be unveiled at the New York Cycle World International Motorcycle Show next Friday, is a Kawasaki Ninja ZX-14 tricked out by Steve Kehler at Tricked Out Custom Cycles (TOCC). This ZX-14 sportbike was created as a rolling testament to the success Rickey Gadson earned during his 25 years of motorcycle drag racing. Gadson, an eight-time world champion, will join Kehler for the official unveiling of the bike during the New York IMS show.

The problem is, I come from a long line of, erm, frugal Yorkshire b####rds going back generations, and I seem to be hardwired as a bit of a skinflint. My dad, although never actually short of money, that I could remember, didn’t like spending it.

Single-Cylinder 2014 Kawasaki Ninja 250SL/RR Mono Revealed

Fri, 14 Feb 2014

Kawasaki revealed a new 250cc Ninja for the Asian market featuring a single-cylinder engine. Called the Kawasaki Ninja RR Mono or 250SL (depending on the market), the single-cylinder model offers a bit less power and more torque than the parallel-Twin Ninja 250 but weighs 46 pounds lighter. We first saw spy photos of the new mini-Ninja undergoing testing late last year, but now we can see the finished product.
