One owner, purchased from dealer brand new/0 miles and broken in/maintenance done per manufacturer recommendations.No wheelies or burnouts. Minor/barely visible right fairing scratch from being dropped in garage. Handlebar does not lock when off due to theft attempt while bike was in storage. Thu, 26 Apr 2012A big thanks to all at Newcastle Motorcycles for lending me a Honda CB1000F on Saturday to do nothing other than join mates for a blast round some fantastic roads in the North East. The buddies in question were Alan Smith (Bradley’s dad) and two stroke addict and race fan Chris Berriman. We headed east over the moors from the ‘Toon’ heading towards Barnard Castle then back through Consett before finishing up at the picturesque Tynemouth.
EICMA 2013: 2014 Kawasaki J300 Scooter Debuts at EICMA
Tue, 05 Nov 2013At the 2013 EICMA show, Kawasaki revealed more details about the new J300, the brand’s first scooter designed for European markets. Join our Kawasaki J300 Forum Developed with Taiwanese manufacturer Kymco, the J300 scooter is powered by a 299cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine, likely the same motor equipped on the Kymco Downtown 300i which claims an output of 29.5 hp and 18.1 ft-lb. The J300 may have some Kymco DNA but there are some distinct features that mark it as a Kawasaki.
2014 AMA Supercross – Seattle Results
Mon, 14 Apr 2014Ryan Villopoto won his fifth race of the season while James Stewart took second place to just barely remain in contention for the 2014 AMA Supercross title. Meanwhile it was a bitter-sweet podium for third-place finisher KTM‘s Ryan Dungey who was officially mathematically eliminated from title contention. Racing in his home town of Seattle, Wash., Villopoto led every lap en route to an easy win, his fifth of the season.
