Trapp Cadillac Chevrolet is offering for your bidding consideration this 2007 Kawasaki Ninja 650 motorcycle. This is a recent trade in. It is a very good running bike, but does have a few issues that would require a little TLC. It was either dropped or lightly layed down and I found the following flaws: bent gear shift, bent handlebars, cracked front fender, broken front brake lever, bent rear brake lever, a few scratches and bruises. I personally rode the bike and it rides fine now, but there are the flaws mentioned above. All are very easy bolt-on fixes with the exception of the scratches. I am supplying lots of pics so you can judge for yourself. The reserve has been set extremely low to compensate for the flaws mentioned and pictured. Kawasaki Recalls Concours 14 for Rear Brake Problem A Previous Recall Failed to Fix
Fri, 27 Jul 2012Kawasaki is issuing a recall for the Concours 14 for a rear brake pedal issue the company had previously tried to fix in 2008. According to documents released by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, road debris can get trapped between the brake pedal and a pedal guard, causing slight pressure on the rear brakes. The rear brake drag can cause the brakes to overheat, potentially leading to brake damage, a rear brake lockup or failure of the rear brakes.
