2006 Kawasaki ZX-14.It has 12880 miles on it. I am selling this bike for a friend who no longer feels like riding it. Bike has been recently painted a wine red. From what I know it has about a 6 inch stretch and has been lowered an inch or two. Bike has a few light scratches and rock chips. I will take more pics to show them later. He bought it two years ago with about 8000 miles on it.It now has 12880 on it and it still runs strong. If you have any questions, let me know, and if I dont' know the answer I can call him to find out. Thanks for looking.UPDATE: I have added the pics of the light scratches from where the bike fell over. You can hardly see the scratches in person, because the paint is so dark. all scratches are just on the right side. There is a dent in the muffler on the Muzzy plate and the corner of the pipe from where it fell over also. Its hard to see on the pic. Its on the U in Muzzy.Its not bad and I would just replace the plate if it was mine. The pipe looks fine otherwise. Hope the pics help. Again the scratches are minor, but I just want to give the buyer a heads up.

2012 Kawasaki Versys 1000 Makes North American Debut in Canada
Wed, 11 Jan 2012As we’ve previously reported, the new Kawasaki Versys 1000 will not be imported to the U.S, but it will be available in North America in Canada as a 2012 model. Kawasaki Canada presented the Versys 1000 at its display at this past weekend’s North American International Motorcycle Supershow in Toronto, for the new “adventure sport” model’s debut on this side of the Atlantic. While he can’t speak for Kawasaki USA’s decision making, Bob Calwell, district manager for Kawasaki Canada, he does note that the Canadian company does have a history of making different product selections.
Kawasaki Reports Q1 2013-2014 Sales Results
Tue, 13 Aug 2013Kawasaki reported net sales of 67.4 billion yen (US$686.5 million) from its Motorcycle and Engine division for the first quarter ended June 30, 2013. That represents a 26.2% increase from the net sales of 53.4 billion yen reported in the same period of 2012. According to Kawasaki’s first quarter report, the Motorcycle and Engine division (which includes Jet Skis, ATVs and UTVs) saw sales of 127,000 units over the quarter, up from 115,000 units in the same period last year.
Jeremy Toye Wins 92nd Running Of Pikes Peak International Hill Climb
Mon, 30 Jun 2014On his first attempt at the Broadmoor Pikes Peak International Hill Climb, road racer Jeremy Toye set a record in the premiere Open Class to win the category aboard a 2015 Kawasaki ZX-10R, celebrating the 30th year of the legendary Ninja brand. Prior to setting foot on the hill, Toye was confident he could get among the class leaders, aiming to beat the outright Pikes Peak motorcycle record, which was set by Carlin Dunne in 2012 with a time of 9:52.819. While that record remains intact, Toye was able to set a time of 9:58.687 to win the Open Class, finishing 6sec ahead of his closest rival, Fabrice Lambert aboard a Ducati.
