1991 Kawasaki Ninja Zx -6, 1991 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6 sporkbike with only 22, 802 miles, a Stage 1 jet-kit and Muzzy pipe. Chrome all over except frame. This bike was just tuned up and jets synced Nov. 2013. The battery and tires are almost new. It is very fast and in better shape/condition than some bikes half it's age and will easily keep up with 750's and 900's. The asking price includes 2 Shoei helmets. Isle of Man TT 2014: PokerStars Senior TT Results
Fri, 06 Jun 2014Michael Dunlop won his fourth race of the 2014 Isle of Man TT and 11th in his career, capping off this year’s event by taking the PokerStars Senior TT. It is the second-consecutive year that Dunlop has won four races in a single TT, this time capturing the Senior, Superbike, Superstock, and the second Supersport TT races. It took a while for Dunlop to get going.
Isle of Man TT 2013: Lightweight TT Race Results
Fri, 07 Jun 2013James Hillier set new lap time and race time records in a dominating victory in the Lightweight TT race for the 2013 Isle of Man TT. All three of the Kawasaki rider’s lap times were faster than the previous lap record for the Lightweight TT class, for a record overall time of 57:42.245 and average speed of 117.694 mph. The race started with another Kawasaki rider (the class is dominated with Kawasaki Ninja 650s with a few Suzuki SV650s) Dean Harrison taking the early lead through the Glen Helen viewpoint but Hillier was right on his tail about half a second behind.
FIM Releases New WSBK Rules – Updates Include Pitstops, Weight Limits and Headlight Decals
Wed, 17 Oct 2012The International Motorcycling Federation and the Superbike Racing Commission released a number of amendments to the 2013 World Superbike Championship rulebook including pitstops, fake headlights and a revised starting grid alignment. We’ve already seen the fake headlights with Kawasaki getting a jump on the new regulation earlier this season with headlight decals on Tom Sykes‘ and Loris Baz‘s ZX-10R. Starting in 2013, all superbikes will have fake headlights to resemble their homologated production models.
