Original KZ650B with only 3,100 miles. Everything is original and in good shape including chrome and paint. Bike has not been registered since 1980. Factory tires are still on the bike. The bike is in great condition looks, starts and runs like new. This gem needs very little to be just like new. A couple of blinker dents in the tank that should be paintless repaired to keep original. Electric Starter may be going out but starts on the first kick every time. Runs and shifts like a new bike. I'm the second owner. Original owner rode it for 2 years and it's been in a garage until I got it. I can send more pictures or answer any questions that I can. Isle of Man TT 2013: Lightweight TT Race Results
Fri, 07 Jun 2013James Hillier set new lap time and race time records in a dominating victory in the Lightweight TT race for the 2013 Isle of Man TT. All three of the Kawasaki rider’s lap times were faster than the previous lap record for the Lightweight TT class, for a record overall time of 57:42.245 and average speed of 117.694 mph. The race started with another Kawasaki rider (the class is dominated with Kawasaki Ninja 650s with a few Suzuki SV650s) Dean Harrison taking the early lead through the Glen Helen viewpoint but Hillier was right on his tail about half a second behind.
2013-2014 Kawasaki Ninja 300 Faces More Brake Issues
Mon, 09 Dec 2013Earlier this year, the Kawasaki Ninja 300 was one of several models impacted by a recall on Nissin anti-lock brake system modulators. The fault for that problem clearly lay with Nissin, as the same issue affected other motorcycles from several manufacturers. The little Ninja might not be out of the wood yet however, as other brake-related issues have come up.
Kawasaki Ninja 250 Updated for 2013
Thu, 02 Aug 2012Kawasaki announced its 2013 Ninja 250 beginner model with an updated engine, ABS and ZX-10R-inspired styling. The changes come as Kawasaki faces competition in Honda‘s CBR250R which has stolen some of the Ninjette’s sales. The updated 249cc Parallel Twin engine receives new sleeveless die-cast cylinders as well as updated pistons, crankcases and a new exhaust.
