Kawasaki KZ250LTD description
1980 Kawasaki KZ250LTD The original owner of this bike purchased it new in 1981 and we were able to purchase it from her. She rode this bike very little and it has very low mileage. Recent Service we preformed: New battery and oil change Cleaned carb and gas tank New o-ring on left side cover Bike runs well and everything works. Not all of the chrome is perfect and this bike could use a good clean up. Front tire has some weather cracking and there is a minor mark on the front seat. Some of the chrome has oxidized from sitting and there is minor pitting in the left front fork. This would be a great first bike as it has an electric start and the seat height is low. 2011 Kawasaki ZX-10R – 170 hp At The Wheel!
Fri, 12 Nov 2010A new, somewhat clandestine, video surfaced on YouTube just today revealing that Kawasaki’s new 2011 ZX-10R produces over 170 hp at the rear wheel in stock trim. Taking this at face value, that’s at least 17 hp more than the 2010 ZX-10R produced for us in our 2010 Literbike Shootout. This puts the new big Ninja within swinging distance of BMW’s S1000RR, that in the same shootout gave us just under 176 hp.
2014 AMA Supercross – Atlanta Results
Mon, 24 Feb 2014KTM‘s Ken Roczen continues to impress, taking his second AMA Supercross win of his 450-class rookie season at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta. Roczen, who also won the season opening Anaheim 1 round, took advantage of a mistake by Kawasaki‘s Ryan Villopoto to take the win and move within nine points of the defending champion in the rider standings. The main event started with Smartop Motoconcepts Suzuki rider Mike Alessi taking the holeshot for his best start this season.
