UP FOR SALE IS 1974 KAWASAKI KZ400 IS A 1 OWNER BIKE HAS CLEAR PA TITLE..HAS 8K ORIGINAL MILES..COMES WITH THE SHOP MANUAL..BIKE HAS VERY LITTLE RUST TO JUST THE SWING ARM..SEAT IS PERFECT CONDITION, PAINT IS GOOD, SIDE COVERS HAVE NO CRACKS..BIKE HAS BEEN GARAGE KEPT..I RECENTLY BOUGHT THE BIKE FROM THE ORIGINAL OWNER WHO TOLD ME THAT IN 1995 HE HAD TO REPLACE THE INTAKE RUBBER MOUNTS AND BROKE ONE OFF, SO HE DRILLED AND THREADED NEW HOLE AND REPLACED THE BOLT THEN FOR EXTRA SUPPORT HE JB WELDED THE BOOT TO MOTOR, AND ROAD IT TILL 1998 AND HAS BEEN SITTING EVER SINCE. I HAVE CHANGED THE OIL,PUT NEW BATTERY IN AND CLEANED THE CARBS. Kawasaki Announces EVO Entry for World Superbike Championship

Kawasaki announced it will enter a factory-backed EVO-category entry for the 2014 World Superbike Championship. Kawasaki has signed David Salom to ride the EVO Ninja ZX-10R. The team will be run by the same operation behind the non-EVO factory team of Loris Baz and reigning WSBK Champion Tom Sykes, forming a three-rider Kawasaki factory lineup.

In a very untraditional move, Kawasaki is readying to assail New York’s Times Square on September 13, with 2013 model Ninjas. A day-long, two-block party on Broadway, from West 45th to West 47th Streets, will celebrate the global debut of the new Ninjas with music, giveaways and celebrity guests. For those who cannot make it to the Big Apple, Kawasaki will be live streaming the “Ninja Times Square Takeover” on the Kawasaki.com website from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Kawasaki Reports Q4 2011-2012 Results

Kawasaki reported a slight increase in sales while reducing the operating loss from its motorcycle and engine division during its fiscal year ended March 31, 2011. According to its year-end report, Kawasaki‘s motorcycle and engine business generated 235.2 billion yen (US$2.9 billion) in sales, a slight increase from the 234.4 million yen reported the year before. Kawasaki still suffered a loss from the division, though the loss of 2.959 million yen was still an improvement from the operating loss of 5.0 million yen reported the year prior.
