Kawasaki KX description

Had to repost this item twice, buyers pulled the trigger to buy but never paid.  1989 Kawasaki KX 125 with a new engine crank and top head.  The top head is standard size piston.  The motor is rebuilt and crisp.  The motor has approximately 20 minutes of run time.  I found the bike on a farm with a locked up motor.  The bike sat for many years and that is why the brake rotors are rusted.  Everything is in working order on this bike and will make a great beginner bike or restoration to original.  The rear shock is really soft and needs to be rebuilt.  All buyers pay for calculate shipping and handling.  There is no title and will do a bill of sale to the buyer.  No reserve!  Yes, I am losing money on this deal.  Cheap price.

Hometown hero Ryan Dungey put a stop to Ryan Villopoto‘s winning streak, taking the victory before 48,846 supportive fans at the Metrodome in Minneapolis, Minn. The Red Bull KTM rider from nearby Belle Plaine, Minn., stalked Monster Energy Kawasaki‘s Villopoto for most of the race before taking the lead and winning the 20-lap race by just 0.903 seconds. The win put Dungey into second place in the standings ahead of Rockstar Suzuki‘s Davi Millsaps and perhaps more importantly, cut away at Villopoto’s points lead.

However, two unfortunate and costly blows hit the paddock; the banning of tobacco advertising in 2005 followed by the global economic crisis. The off-shoot saw grid numbers drastically dwindle with staple teams, like Kenny Roberts' outfit, and manufacturers, Kawasaki and Suzuki, succumbing to the events and disappearing.
