2013 KTM 50 SX senior dirt bike for sale.
Raced one weekend, My son is TOO big for it, so he's on a 65 cc. Excellent condition (like new). VERY low hours. Only ridden at a track, never around the yard. VERY WELL MAINTAINED. No problems at all. Have all paperwork that came with bike (manuals, etc., in a nice carrying bag with toolkit). It still has nubs on the TIRES. Call Bill with questions at 810-252-9194. KTM Announces RC390 Cup Racing Series, Production Model to Follow
Sat, 13 Jul 2013KTM pulled the wraps off a new racebike to be used in a new spec racing series in 2014. The RC390 Cup will be used in the 2014 ADAC Junior Cup Powered by KTM, with a production version going to market in 2014. The RC390 Cup racebike was revealed during the MotoGP round at Germany’s Sachsenring circuit.
KTM 690 Duke Replaces Kawasaki Ninja 250R for WSBK’s 2012 European Junior Cup
Fri, 20 Jan 2012The World Superbike Championship‘s European Junior Cup youth racing series will switch to race-prepped KTM 690 Duke motorcycles for 2012 from the Kawasaki Ninja 250R racebikes used in its inaugural 2011 season. The rebranded KTM European Junior Cup will be open to riders 14-19 and will be held at eight WSBK rounds in 2012. The series was conceived as an entry point for young racers, providing them opportunities to develop their skills before moving up to higher classes such as the World Superstock Championship and beyond.
2014 KTM 1290 Super Duke R Revealed
Tue, 01 Oct 2013Almost a year after it was revealed in prototype form, KTM has released final specifications and photographs of the all-new 1290 Super Duke R production model. Until now, KTM had been coy about the specs for its large-displacement naked bike, but we can now see what makes the Austrian manufacturer nickname the new Super Duke R as “the Beast”. In typical KTM style, the 1290 in the bike’s name provides only a ballpark estimate of the actual engine displacement.
