2013 KTM 85 SX 17/14 Motocross Bike in immaculate condition
This bike is like new, never raced, only farm & field riding by my 10 to 13 year old who has now moved up to a 125cc bike. It is super clean, with no damage and is completely stock except for genuine KTM "flex levers". Included with purchase is a FMF pipe & silencer, and the KTM Flex clutch & brake levers already installed. The stock pipe, silencer, clutch & brake levers, and owners/service manual are all included with the bike. It has new tires and a new chain since new with excellent preventative maintenance and is very well taken care of. This bike has very little use since I purchased it new in 2014 because my son also plays golf, football, and wrestling plus we live an hour from our farm so we don't get out there very often to ride. I would conservatively estimate is has less than 20 hours on it and it runs great. This is your chance to purchase a bike that is like new but save a bunch over the price of a new one! This would make any kid a great Christmas or birthday present. This motorcycle runs great and is perfectly straight and undamaged. Please message me for more information or with any questions. 2014 AMA Supercross – Toronto Results
Mon, 24 Mar 2014James Stewart captured his series-leading fourth AMA Supercross 450 class win of the season, giving him sole possession of second place on the overall career wins list ahead of Ricky Carmichael and behind Jeremy McGrath. The win also helped Stewart gain some ground on points leader Ryan Villopoto who suffered from a bout of food poisoning. Villopoto was examined at a Toronto hospital and released in time for the opening ceremonies.
KTM Developing 500cc and 800cc Twins
Wed, 05 Feb 2014After setting a new company record for motorcycle sales on the back of small displacement models like the Duke line (like the 390 Duke pictured above), KTM is turning its attention to mid-sized models. Speaking with Overdrive.in at the 2014 Indian Auto Expo, KTM Chief Executive Officer Stefan Pierer says the company has 500cc and 800cc parallel Twin engines in development, with new models expected to enter production within three years. The new mid-sized models will be produced in India for the Indian market to avoid the country’s stringent import duties.

The majority of pit bikes are of Chinese origin and I guess, are best described as modern day monkey bikes. Yes Chinese, and I’ve witnessed them being thrashed round all day long without missing a beat, so Jonny Wong and co. are finally getting there on quality and reliability! Although Pit Bikes are designed for off road use, an extra few hundred quid spent on matching up wheels, fitting tarmac tyres and some crash protection will mean you’re track ready for a total of around £600.
