I have a retro 2008 ktm 250sx converted to xc by the gearing. I still have sx gearing if you need or want it. Has red frame and hubs all professionally powder coated. Has reckluse clutch bark busters new top end about eight hours ago have the receipt. FTI suspension skid plate, Pirelli tires still in great shape new sprocket on the back. looking to trade for a four stroke Ktm but will look at other fuel injected four stroke. Must be Fuel injected. Fri, 17 Feb 2012KTM's return to racing in the Moto3 class has resulted in one of the most exotic race machines for the new four-stroke replacement class. The lightweight 24kg 250cc single-cylinder four-stroke engine has been connected to a trellis frame, and it is all contained within a beautifully crafted carbon-fibre shell that includes a self-supporting seat unit. Now in its second stage of development, the whole package has been pretty impressive in testing, with Red Bull Ajo KTM riders Danny Kent and Sandro Cortese putting in some fast laps.
Moto3. Recession racers?
Mon, 08 Nov 2010I've sat through enough manufacturer' presentations recently to know that we're in trouble. Ignoring the still booming Asian markets, the rest of the motorcycle World is in free-fall. Even looking at the figures optimistically we're still only selling half the volumes we were in pre-crash 2006.
