KTM Other description

Only 266 miles!!! Almost new condition!!!  never been off road. You will pay over 10K for one of these new. Save some $ and get the same quality and condition as new. The 690 Enduro is hard to find because of the high demand, and rarely are they sold used because owners are so happy with them. I have scoured internet checking and this is the best condition lowest mileage 690 Enduro in the nation. Garage kept, never laid down, stays connected to battery tender. I installed the KoubaLink lowering linkage (KTM8-2 Lowers the rear 1 5/8"). Front forks have been adjusted to match. This Enduro is in amazing condition. Ships wet, and ready to ride upon delivery.

KTM Reports Q1 2014 Sales Results

Mon, 14 Apr 2014

KTM reported a record year in 2013, but the Austrian company does not appear to be slowing down in 2014. KTM claims sales of 32,994 motorcycles over the first three months of the year, an impressive 26.8% increase over the same period in 2013. Considering KTM sold a record 123,859 all of last year, the impressive start bodes well for another attempt at a sales record in 2014.

Behind the scenes on a photoshoot

Fri, 02 Jul 2010

If you read motorcycle magazines - and even road tests on polished websites like this one (!) - you'll be used to seeing pictures of bike journos hamming it up for the camera. Yes they look slick as they kiss another apex, crest another rise with the front wheel pawing the air (those clichés are TM BIKE magazine by the way). But you don't often get to see anything 'behind the scenes'.

Day 2 Dakar 2014: Sunderland Wins First Special Stage

Mon, 06 Jan 2014

Honda won the second day of competition with Team HRC’s Sam Sunderland claiming victory in the first special stage of this year’s Dakar. Sunderland has had a frustrating time at previous Dakars, dropping out after three days of racing in 2012 and withdrawing a month before last year’s event due to fracturing both his wrists. Today, however, Sunderland made a grand entrance into the club of elite riders by brilliantly winning his first special stage of this year’s Dakar. Having started well behind his teammate, Joan Barreda, the 23-year old Brit superbly overtook Michael Metge and Juan Pedrero on the first part of the route.
