For sale is my 2013 KTM 450 XC-W. Yes, I love this bike, but there is more than 1 reason why I have to sell. 34.5 hours to be exact. Oil/filter has been changed and air filter cleaned after every ride. Suspension springs have been changed for 200lb rider . I will also give you the stock springs , Included with the bike is a KTM plastic skid plate, KTM hard parts seat , fasst flexx bars , scotts under the bar steering damper , ride eng triple clamps , Probend aluminum barkbusters with KTM deflectors. Th bike is Titled and Registered in ALABAMA AND IT DOES HAVE A TAG . You can get the registration transferred to you easily - I have the title . This is NOT easy to do in Alabama for this bike ....so that's worth a bit IMO.I've got $9500 invested, asking $7,500 Bike is at Big O's cycles in clanton if you would like to stop by and check it out , Happy to talk about the bike over the phone -. Reigning champion and Monster Energy Kawasaki rider Villopoto took the holeshot and led all 20 laps to win the Anaheim I season opener by over 12 seconds ahead of Chad Reed‘s TwoTwo Motorsports Honda. “Villopoto made us look silly out here tonight,” says Reed.

Mon, 06 Jan 2014Team HRC’s Joan Barreda on the Honda CRF450 Rally, got off to a storming start in day one of the 2014 Dakar rally, clocking up the fastest time of all the 175 riders at the first time-check. The former Husqvarna rider who moved to Honda in the middle of the season inaugurated his 2014 Dakar with an acrobatic performance. The motorcycle competition was expected to be wide open, and that is indeed what the classification shows after the opening stage. It was a very early start for the Rally Dakar. The pack of riders headed off at four in the morning on a long 251 miles that took them towards the vibrant city of Rosario for the start of the 112 mile special.
2013 KTM Two-Stroke Off-Road Models Recalled for Throttle Defect
Tue, 23 Apr 2013KTM has initiated a recall on 2013 two-stroke off-road motorcycles because of a problem with the throttle cable. The models affected are the 125 EXC, 125 EXC Six Days, 125 SX, 150 SX, 150, XC, 200 EXC, 200 XC-W, 250 EXC, 250 EXC Six Days, 250 SX, 250 XC, 250 XC-W, 300 EXC, 300 EXC Six Days, 300 XC, 300 XC-W, 85 SX, and 85 SXS. According to KTM, the throttle cable on affected models can get pinched between the throttle cable wheel and the top of the throttle housing assembly. This flaw may result in the loss of throttle control, increasing the risk of a crash.
