Ohlins Chooses KTM 250 SX-F for 2012 AMA Supercross and Motocross Championships
Tue, 06 Dec 2011Öhlins USA announced its AMA Supercross and Motocross team will use the KTM 250 SX-F for the 2012 season. Team Öhlins will enter three riders in the 250 class for both the indoor Supercross and outdoor Motocross championships. FIM Updates Superbike Racing Homologation Lists for 2013
Tue, 19 Feb 2013The International Motorcycling Federation (FIM) has released an updated list of motorcycles homologated for the 2013 Superbike, Supersport, and Superstock racing season. Notable additions include the new BMW S1000RR HP4, the MV Agusta F3 and the Superbike-spec Ducati 1199 Panigale R. To qualify a production-based racebike for FIM homologations, manufacturers have to meet certain production thresholds.
2015 KTM SX Lineup Revealed
Tue, 03 Jun 2014KTM has updated its SX motocross lineup for 2015 with new chassis designs, including revised frames and suspension systems developed specifically for the U.S. KTM will again offer a number of engine displacements from 50cc to 450cc, including both two- and four-stroke models for different experience levels. The new chromoly-steel frame uses a machined cross tube connecting the frame sides to the linkage.
