KTM Offers Custom Leather Racing Suits from GIMOTO

KTM has partnered with Austrian riding suit maker GIMOTO to offers made-to-measure custom leather suits. Using an online customization tool on KTM’s official website, customers can design their own GIMOTO RSX racing suits, selecting from various options such as additional protectors, text and logos. The customization tool also accepts 20 different measurements to get the suit to fit just right.

Moto3 proves its worth at Assen

Describing the action in the Moto3 race as ‘edge of the seat’ would be doing it a disservice as the train of battling riders did more than prove the worth of the 250cc four-stroke singles that were introduced this season. For the entirety of the 22 lap race the fighting was full of gasp-filled moments, in the first half of the race the top 20 were all in the same camera shot and covered by less than 2.5 seconds. Ryan Villopoto‘s winning streak was snapped, KTM scored its second series win and Cole Seely impressed as an injury replacement for Trey Canard as the 2012 AMA Supercross Championship landed in Atlanta, Ga. Racing for the American Honda Muscle Milk team, Seely nabbed the holeshot and led the opening seven laps before finally being overtaken by Red Bull KTM’s Ryan Dungey. Monster Energy Kawasaki‘s Villopoto had a poor start by his standards, finishing the first lap in sixth place.
