2007 KTM Superduke , Up for sale is a ktm super duke with only ~5200 miles in fantastic shape. I'm the second owner. Selling so I can get next years Super Duke. Done this year: New OEM battery New michelin pilot sport 2ct tires (600 miles on them) Injectors cleaned and serviced New,updated gauges replaced from KTM under good will replacement (nice of them!) General: Has secondary intake block offs installed for smoother throttle action. OEM KTM Akrapovic titanium cans with genuine carbon fiber tips/hangers. OEM KTM tune to match the cans. Fantastic, fun and not for beginners. I was told by the previous owner he dropped the bike in the garage. Right brake lever was bent slightly so I cut it shorter. His story seems truthful based on the extremely minimal damage. Original mirrors and touring wind screen will come with the bike. All work done at KTM Woodstock. Love the bike...in fantastic shape. KTM Signs Jordi Viladoms to Race Dakar Rally
Mon, 16 Dec 2013It’s never easy to replace someone you’ve lost, but life invariably must go on. KTM recognizes this, announcing the signing of Jordi Viladoms to its Dakar Rally factory team to take the spot of Kurt Caselli who succumbed to injuries in a crash at the SCORE Baja 1000. “We are very aware that no one is able to replace Kurt, who was a special friend and teammate, but we believe that what we need now for the team is stability,” says Alex Doringer, manager of the Red Bull KTM Rally team.
KTM Announces 2013 Factory Team, Bids Farewell to Cyril Despres
Tue, 12 Mar 2013(ED: Updated with a message from Cyril Despres.) KTM introduced its 2013 Rally Racing team while bidding farewell to five-time Dakar Rally winner Cyril Despres. Despres won all five of his Dakar victories with KTM, winning in 2005, 2007, 2010, 2012 and 2013. He leaves the team to pursue a new challenge, with Honda rumored to be seeking his services for its newly-revived rally racing program.
