Indian Spirit description

I love this motorcycle, but I no longer have time to ride due to career and family obligations.

Indian 2002 Spirit with beautiful details: Indian-head coin-decorated leather saddlebags, eagle handlebars and more.  

The motorcycle was serviced October 10, 2016, just for you.  Brand new tires, battery, fluids, and oil filter.  

There are a few scratches in the paint on rear fender.  

Buyer can pick-up (near Madison, WI) or ship.  I am willing to assist with shipping arrangements, but all shipping costs are buyer's responsibility.  

Payment is cashier's check or money order only.

Selling as-is, no warranties.  

I will give buyer the leather items and helmets included in the photos (vest, jacket, chaps, two helmets), if the buyer wants them.

Third Annual ‘The MEET’ at ACM

More than 2,000 attendees visited America’s Car Museum for its 3rd annual Vintage Motorcycle Festival ‘The MEET’ last weekend in Tacoma, Washington, where over 300 motorcycles and scooters were showcased on the Haub Family Field at LeMay. The event drew pre-1981 motorcycles and scooters from the U.S. and Canada, including an antique motorcycle display, swap meet, cruise-in and a 78-mile roundtrip tour from ACM’s Anderson Plaza to Mt. Rainier.

US Highland Making a Comeback

US Highland appears to be making a comeback, announcing plans to begin processing new orders and having discussions with several OEMs for the use of the Oklahoma company’s powertrains. The Tulsa-based company did not mention which OEMs it is working with, though US Highland says the discussions could result in sales of over 20,000 units per year. The company is developing fuel injected V-Twin engines in 750cc, 950cc and 1050cc displacements and Singles in 350cc, 450cc and 507cc displacements.

Rockerbox Motofest Moves To Road America

Wisconsin’s premier motorcycle show, The Rockerbox Motofest, featuring an eclectic mix of Euro, Japanese and American vintage café racers, choppers, sport bikes, racing machines, super motos, scooters, and sidecars is making an official move for the future. Instead of its usual Milwaukee home, the event is making the trek 60 miles north to America’s national park of speed as part of  Road America’s American Historic Racing Motorcycle Association (AHRMA) Vintage Motorcycle Classic, June 6-8. The Rockerbox Motofest includes a ride-in bike show and competition showcasing the greatest in classic style, fresh customization, plus all that is unusual and incredible.
