Indian Se74 description

1972 Indian enduro
Fresh house of kolor brandywine paint
Fresh seat
Tank has been sealed
Runs great and rides
70cc 4speed
Speedometer and odometer not working, all wiring is there but not all hooked up. Very complete bike that could be used for shows or rode if you prefer, but I consider it more of a very nice collectible. Tires are original and hold air fine but they are a little weathered. They do have Indian stamped in the sidewall. Rear wheel is aluminum painted but looks nice as is.
There is no title with these bikes only bill of sale.
This is a very rare antique collectible bike please only bid if you are serious.

Ace Motorcycle Predecessor to Indian Four

Wed, 24 Dec 2008

One man’s trash is another man’s treasure. This old adage has never been more accurate than when describing a rare collection of motorcycle drawings from 1919 that were recently found in a trash bin. Created in 1919 by William Henderson, a man considered by many to be America’s most impressive motorcycle designer, this rare collection of original drawings depict the design of a brand known as the Ace, which later became part of the Indian Motorcycle Co.

The 2013 World Superbike Championship season will end about a month earlier than scheduled, with the cancellation of the Nov. 17 round at India’s Buddh International Circuit. The Indian round had already been moved from its originally scheduled date of March 10 but the extra few months do not appear to be enough to get the circuit ready to host WSBK in November.

Indian introduces new PowerPlus engine

Wed, 20 Nov 2019

The apparatus with a 60-degree camber of the cylinder block can hardly be called the “little brother” of the 1811cc Thunder Stroke 111 engine - its capacity is 1769cc, but in terms of design solutions, the motors are fundamentally different. Let's start with the fact that, according to the manufacturer, the new engine is the most powerful in its class - it develops 121hp at 5500rpm and 178 Nm at 3800 rpm. PowerPlus, like the Scout motor, has an overhead camshaft, is equipped with four valves per cylinder and hydraulic compensators, eliminating the need to adjust clearances, the cooling is liquid.
