Matching numbers, same owner 18 years, clear North Carolina title, Junior First awarded by Antique Motorcycle Club of America in 2014 (flat stainless spokes/oil filter/original worn finish horn face/original worn distributor tag kept bike from Senior First), 18 year restoration, less than 1k miles on total engine rebuild, original saddle bags/owner’s manual/sales brochure, all serious work performed by Indian Engineering/Bob’s Indian/Doc Schuster (speedo), all correct/working/ and 98% original, no broken head fins, vintage windshield, starts first kick, kept in a humidity and temperature garage entire time I have owned bike, striping is all paint/no tape, every moving part (including all bearings) has been inspected or replaced, bike started/short trips on a regular basis. No better example anywhere!!

First came the Hero Leap hybrid scooter (which is now ready to enter serial production), then came the RNT 150 diesel hybrid concept revealed last week. Wisconsin’s premier motorcycle show, The Rockerbox Motofest, featuring an eclectic mix of Euro, Japanese and American vintage café racers, choppers, sport bikes, racing machines, super motos, scooters, and sidecars is making an official move for the future. Instead of its usual Milwaukee home, the event is making the trek 60 miles north to America’s national park of speed as part of Road America’s American Historic Racing Motorcycle Association (AHRMA) Vintage Motorcycle Classic, June 6-8. 2014 Indian Chief Priced at $18,999, Set for Debut at Sturgis

The storied Indian Motorcycles brand will enter a new era this August at the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally with the debut of the 2014 Indian Chief. Powered by the all-new Thunder Stroke 111 engine, the new Chief will be the first new Indian motorcycle introduced after the company was acquired by Polaris Industries in 2011. To prepare for the launch, Polaris has released a new image and video of the new Chief, and announced it will be available in North American dealerships later this year with prices starting at $18,999.
