RARE 1949 Indian Arrow 149. My father purchased this bike from the original owner in 1977. It was repainted, but is all original parts. It was last ridden in Summer 2009, was drained and winterized and has been in storage ever since. Sale include a lot of spare parts including a complete engine!

WSBK Cancels Round at India’s Buddh International Circuit
Wed, 14 Aug 2013The 2013 World Superbike Championship season will end about a month earlier than scheduled, with the cancellation of the Nov. 17 round at India’s Buddh International Circuit. The Indian round had already been moved from its originally scheduled date of March 10 but the extra few months do not appear to be enough to get the circuit ready to host WSBK in November.

Polaris Reveals All-New Indian Thunder Stroke 111 Engine
Mon, 11 Mar 2013Indian Motorcycle revealed its all-new Thunder Stroke 111 engine, the first engine developed under its new Polaris Industries ownership and the powerplant for the 2014 model year. According to Polaris, the Thunder Stroke 111 engine has already undergone over a million miles of testing, including thousands of miles of on-road testing. Polaris deserves some credit for developing an all-new engine for Indian Motorcycle instead of just re-using the 106ci Freedom V-Twin engine used in the current Victory Motorcycles lineup.
