The Husqvarna TC250 has several new features and highlights including new pistons and cylinders, and fuel-injected with battery-less Keihin EFI unit that was formerly Mikuni. The Akrapovic exhaust system is now all new with the power-boosting resonance chamber on the header. The re-vamped motor is accompanied by an upgraded chassis. The TC250 has a new all-black chromoly frame that features increased tensile strength with structural reinforcement and the addition of plates near the steering head.

Thu, 31 Jan 2013The BMW Group has announced the sale of 110-year old Husqvarna Motorcycles to Austrian-based Pierer Industrie AG. “The BMW Group signed a purchase agreement with Pierer Industrie AG (Austria) for the acquisition of Husqvarna Motorcycles. The acquisition will proceed subject to approval by anti-trust authorities.
Husqvarna Names Robert Jonas Head Of Motorsport

He will be responsible for all of Husqvarna’s racing activities, including Motocross, Enduro, Extreme Enduro, and Moto3 road racing programs. As a former motocross racer Robert Jonas has been involved in motorcycle racing for much of his life.
