Husaberg Other description

Almost there if you're looking to make a Dual Sport, you'll need to do the title work for that or if you go the Super Motard direction. Or keep it the way it is and enjoy the dirt.Husabergs came standard with WP Suspension front and rear, Brembo Brakes front and rear, QUALITY COMPONENTS and CONSTRUCTION throughout. I've upgraded to a KEIHIN FCR "Pumper" Carburetor from a Yamaha YZ250F, will give great throttle response and bottom/mid-range without compromising any top end once properly sorted.Kick and automatic starter (e-start currently inop). Starts on the kick.I am the 3rd adult owner of this 1999 Husaberg FE501E Enduro. Only 256mis showing on the odo. The 1st two owners didn't ride it much and I bought it wanting to put it back to DUAL SPORT status. Hard to admit but, after too much invested and at almost 64, I've realized it's way out of my league. Would make a great Supermotard, DualSport or ...? Plenty of details to be had and support at Husaberg.org Check it out and give me a call or TEXT on my cellular, Jack $1500 OBO I'm into it almost $1600 and willing to take a loss but please be reasonable, 3 digit offers just don't work. Cash, no 3rd party buyers, Nigerian checks or whatever the latest scam is...

Reunited: Husqvarna and Husaberg Merge

Thu, 16 May 2013

When Pierer Industrie AG purchased Husqvarna from BMW in January, it was obvious some major changes were on their way. Pierer Industries AG is owned by Stefan Pierer, who happens to be chief executive officer of KTM, which also happens to be the parent company of Husaberg. That’s three European motorcycle manufacturers with strong off-road lineages in the same family.
