Honda XR description
This is a 2012 Honda XR650L dual-purpose motorcycle with minor scratches on the fenders from being off-road. New Avon 90/10 tires and aftermarket pipe that has been re-jeted. The mirrors are bar-ended mounted and the seat has been reupholstered to reflect a red/black seat vs. the stock red seat. All work has been professionally done and I have all original parts. Buyer is responsible for local pickup/all shipping costs. There is a low reserve compared to the bikes that I have seen on ebay. This is a fair price seeing as a year ago I spent $7,000 on the bike, new including tax. It is what it is folks, an unbreakable Honda product that is loads of fun to own. Tue, 04 Feb 2014The Motorcycle Industry Council (MIC) reported a modest 1.4% growth in U.S. motorcycle and scooter sales in 2013, with consumers purchasing 465,783 vehicles. The sales data represents numbers from the MIC’s member brands which include BMW, Can-Am, Ducati, Harley-Davidson, Honda, Kawasaki, KTM, the Piaggio Group (which includes Aprilia, Moto Guzzi and Vespa), Victory, Suzuki, Triumph and Yamaha.
Gresini Promotes Moto2 Pilot Pirro to Ride CRT Machine in 2012 MotoGP Championship
Mon, 05 Dec 2011Gresini announced the re-signing of racer Michele Pirro, with a promotion from the Moto2 class to the premiere MotoGP class. Pirro raced for Gresini in the Moto2 class in 2011, finishing ninth overall with a third place finish and a victory in the season-ending Valencia round. For 2012, Pirro will compete in the MotoGP class riding a CRT bike with an FTR chassis and a Honda CBR1000RR engine.
Honda World Superbike livery unveiled
