Honda Valkyrie description

BIKE WILL GO TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER. I WILL ENTERTAIN ANY OFFERS UNTIL THERE IS A SINGLE BID. AFTER THAT SINGLE BID THE BIKE WILL BE SOLD RIGHT HERE TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER.

You know you have wanted one! You can not resist the additional power! Not that these Valks are not bad enough! Now here is your chance! 97 SUPERCHARGED Valkyrie. This bike started its life as a Valkyrie Tourer or GL1500CT. You maybe asking already where is the windshield. It is simply off the bike right now. There are 2 pics of it, take note of the speakers there are sounds on this bike. I picked it up last July and transformed it some. I put some paint on it. It is hard to see but the sides of the tank have the Maiden Head with the hair transforming into ghost flames down the tank. I also added the blower, or supercharger, whichever you choose to call it. Along with the nearly extinct VIKING EXHAUST!

The same tuner that did my 2010 National Show Winning Supercharged bike did this one, Dynos at 132 HP with 115 ftlbs of torque. The bike seemed as if it wanted to jump off of the dyno, this was the operators description. The dyno I have access to cost $10s of thousands of dollars to construct. It is state of the art, climate controlled, soundproofed, and calibrated. I do not use these cheesy dynos that ride on the back of a pick up and set up in a parking lot. Runs like a whatever creature you choose to inset here. I have not ran this bike at the track like I did my other one. I am certain that this will run into the 10s with the right rider. As with most if not all supercharged bikes it is difficult to start in the cold being that in needs so much fuel to get going and the fuel has a ling way to travel. When it is warm outside she fires right up, choke works well using the stock thumb lever. The bike has an electric fuel pump to maintain the fuel pressure going to the carb I believe it is set at 3 psi.

Check out the extras
Paint
Ceramic Coated VIKING EXHAUST! Some might argue the best exhaust for the blower bikes.
Sound system for your mps or similar device, windshield needed for this.
Original Rattlebars Heel Toe Shifter AND Peg Lowering kit.
Paladin removable Passenger backrest. Easily removed to turn into a solo rider
New Tires
Dyna 3000 Ignition

We have put a few miles on the bike and I see no reason why it can not be driven any distance but I would prefer if it were picked up. I want the new owner get it home and check it out before any long trips are taken. I do not know what kind of MPG this one will get. There may be some fine tuning that you want done to meet your own specific needs and wants.

While coming home form INZANE I had an item become dislodged in the trailer and scraped up the right saddlebag a bit. Also the throttle grip. Works perfect, it is all cosmetic. Please see the pictures.

I will entertain all offers on the bike. However I will ask that your offer include a description of why you feel it is worth what you are offering. I believe my price to be fair. A 97 Tourer with 7700 miles on it ought to be worth $6500 - $7000. The blower kit is going to cost you between $4k and $5k without instalation, an easy $1500 for the Viking exhaust, if you could find one in this condition. Another grand for the other added accessories. This totals about $13000 and $14500 without any labor to get the bike to this condition.

The bike is available by appointment to view and inspect. If you want to test ride it you must be properly licensed, insured, and be able to prove that you can pay for it in advance, just in case there is an issue during your ride. This is a 1997 bike so it is used and no warranty is included with the bike. I understand that there could be companies out there that offer warranties on used bikes should you feel you need one.

I will accept a $500 paypal deposit. The balance due before transfer. The bike has a clear Michigan title in my name. Please look at the pics carefully and ask any questions in advance. seven three four two three one seven six five three.

I am happy to help and work with your shipper. There is an outside chance that I could even deliver it. I will entertain INTERNATIONAL Buyers as well. I might even be able to get it to your port. Please work this out with me before buying the bike, especially if you are wanting me to perform any delivery services.

Does your 2010 Honda Fury have Sloppy Welds?

Tue, 02 Jun 2009

The 2010 Honda Fury Chopper has been out for a few weeks now and people have been buying them up all across North America.  A local Honda dealer revealed to us that he only received 4 choppers from Honda and sold them before they even arrived at his shop. The Fury is at a great price for those who want a stylish chopper look, but are you sacrificing quality for a bargain chopper?  Do sloppy welds break your heart or can you tough it out and live with them knowing you got a unique looking bike at an affordable price? See the full post for pictures and opinions.
