Honda Shadow description

Used 1984 Honda Shadow 700. It runs and idles fine , but when given throttle it pops .. Carbs need tuning, new plugs , carbs cleaned and resealed. New paint on tank.. Could use a good cleaning, seat shows no wear , fabric is in great condition . The tank has fresh paint on it..The tires hold air but I would replace them. Lights all work , blinkers and everything works .  37,300 miles ... Was up kept nice but it was in dry storage since 2010 so it needs some tlc from sitting. Great base for a bobber project .
I am the third owner, the former owner bought it from his brother and rode it for about seven years..sold it due to health issues and his age.. He's elderly so it was never ridden hard and he maintained it well....
It needs, a battery, tuning, the right mirror has broken off due to storage handling,  the gauge lights and tachometer isn't working , I haven't researched why. .the tires hold air but are several years old.
I need to clear space in my barn so bid away and good luck.

WSBK 2013: Monza Race Report

Mon, 13 May 2013

Eugene Laverty and Marco Melandri split a pair of victories at Monza but the most biggest news from the World Superbike weekend was a strange series of appeals after Race Two that saw Tom Sykes finish third, relegated to fourth and then reinstated on the final step of the podium. The unusual mix-up occurred after Sykes, sitting in third place, ran off track and into the run off area on Turn 5 on his final lap. The Kawasaki rider returned to the track again in third place where he finished ahead of Aprilia‘s Sylvain Guintoli.
