1987 Honda Rebel in great condition, ready to fly, new: battery (2013) brakes, new front caliper, new tires, new drive belt (2012), great first bike, have to sell (health issue, shall not ride anymore...).
I do have a title, bike is registered and insured, it can be driven anytime - drove to work last week.
Bike has over 90 K (yes!) - previous owner drove it to west coast several times, it's still in great condition - Hondas are hard to kill. It was-and it is- daily used bike, not Sunday-drive for show. Few minor spots of rust and blemishes right with the age, but mechanically-no issues and that's what was always most important to me. It is not one of the shiny-chrome boy toys - great first bike, or daily commute tool, inexpensive ride: 45-50 mpg.

Top box trauma
Wed, 24 Nov 2010I've struggled with my Honda hard luggage over the past few months, I have to admit. To much office hilarity (and piss taking) I managed to lose the top box just a few miles from the office. I thought the locating mechanism was fastened securely but the first rapid getaway from the first set of traffic lights on Upper Street proved me wrong.It was at least a mile before I noticed that my top box was absent.

Tue, 13 Mar 2012Last season, Alvaro Bautista rode on one of the best looking motorcycles on the MotoGP grid, the Suzuki GSV-R in Rizla powder blue livery by Troy Lee Designs. This season, Bautista is riding the Gresini Honda RC213V, but instead of its previous white paint job, the Gresini machine is in a sleek black. No reason for the color change was announced, though it’s possible the choice is a sign of mourning for the late Marco Simoncelli whose place Bautista is assuming with Gresini.
