Honda RC51 tech info
Honda RC51 description
For sale is my 2003 Honda RC51 RVT1000R V-Twin superbike. This bike is very rare because Honda discontinued the V-twin RVT. Very very good condition overall. It is one of a kind and an amazing machine. Is has 28,640 miles on it and was purchased used back in 2008. It has had regular mainenance including 20k and 25k mileage tune ups and Dynometer runs yearly. It is kept in a dry, climate controlled garage and the battery is on a trickle charger when not in use. NEVER rain driven, NEVER track driven and NEVER dropped. Any scratches and scrapes are on decals only and usually from brushing up with synthetic leathers. This bike is as close to mint condition as any bike could be after 28k miles. When I bought it back in 2008, there was a notch on the front right fairing near the right handle bar as seen in the pictures, but it's small so it is not noticable unless you are standing near the bike.

Greg Tracy to Ride Amarok P1A Electric Sportbike for Pikes Peak International Hill Climb
Thu, 11 Apr 2013Canada’s Amarok Racing has secured quite a coup in signing six-time Pikes Peak International Hill Climb winner Greg Tracy to ride its P1A electric superbike for the 2013 edition of the event. Tracy has six class victories in the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb, winning in 1996, 1999, 2006, 2008, 2009 and 2010. His victories have come riding motorcycles from several manufacturers: Honda, Yamaha, BMW and, more recently, Ducati.
Kenny Roberts Motorcycle Collection Up For Sale
Wed, 25 Apr 2012Motorcycling legend Kenny Roberts has commissioned RMD Motors to auction off some rare and exclusive motorcycles from his collection, presumably to make room for more. The Japan-based company is known the world over for its collection of rare and classic motorcycles for sale, many of which are retired grand prix machines fortunate enough to escape the fate of most decommissioned racebikes: the crusher. Headlining the Roberts collection is the 2004 Proton KRV5 originally ridden by Kurtis Roberts, King Kenny’s youngest son. The five-cylinder grand prix machine never achieved much success on the world stage, but will easily make you the center of attention at your local trackday.
Honda Trademarks Design for Naked CBR300R
Thu, 06 Mar 2014Earlier this week, we uncovered Kawasaki‘s design trademark for a naked version of its 250cc single-cylinder Ninja RR Mono. It now looks like Kawasaki isn’t the only Japanese manufacturer with a small-displacement naked model on the way. Honda has registered a trademark on the design for a new motorcycle that appears to be a naked CBR300R or CBR250R.
