Honda : Other 1989 Honda Pacific Coast - Near Perfect on 2040-motos
Honda Other description
My Honda Pacific Coast is in near perfect condition, especially for a 1989 yr model (Honda only made these bikes from 89 - to 98, so they are very collectable - it looks like a baby Goldwing). The bike has, never been wrecked / laid down, but has NOT been ridden regularly for over a year. The bike has always been garage kept and does NOT have a current Virginia inspection sticker... however, I have full confidence in it's roadworthiness. The bike currently needs a new battery and a carb cleaning job (it runs fine after warming up for a few minutes), which is work already scheduled / planned for this or next week. If you buy the bike before that work is done, I will certainly consider that in your offer. Buyer is responsible for shipping, however, I can assist with loading + securing the load. Note: I also have a 1991 Honda ST1100 in "pristine" condition (see my other listing). I will consider all fair offers and/or trades (or I'll keep it until the weather gets warmer... like many. I am a fair weather rider - at 55 yrs old, I no longer take long/extended rides period, especially in poor weather) Call me with questions, offers, trades: J.J. Taylor: 804-240-XXXX Note: no free demo rides, the bike can be seen and started, but no demo rides, recent experience deems that not an acceptable risk for me or the buyer.

Top 10 EICMA Show Bikes You May Have Missed
Mon, 14 Nov 2011Interesting motorcycles you probably didn't see1 of 11Next Last There’s no cave deep, mountain high or rock heavy enough to have thwarted news of Ducati’s 1199 Panigale superbike launch at the 2012 EICMA show in Milan, Italy. And a few models such as Honda’s NC700S and X, Kawasaki’s Versys 1000 and CRP’s Energica were unveiled without heavy prior fanfare, but gasps of surprise weren’t heard when the wraps were taken off Triumph’s Tiger 1200 Explorer, Husqvarna’s Nuda or MV Augusta’s F3 675 among others, whose existences were revealed months in advance of the show. What we’ve comprised below is our list Top 10 Bikes unveiled at EICMA that didn’t receive top billing but are certainly worthy of your attention.
Official 2014 MotoGP Entry List Released
Fri, 28 Feb 2014The International Motorcycling Federation (FIM) released the official entry list for the 2014 MotoGP Championship including 23 riders representing 13 teams. The final entry list also lists each rider’s status as either a Open or Factory class rider. The eight Factory riders are allowed to use their teams’ own proprietary ECU software but are otherwise limited by a freeze on engine development, a limit of five engines for the whole season and just 5.3 gallons of fuel per race.
WSBK: 2012 Magny-Cours Results – Championship Decided by Half a Point
Tue, 09 Oct 2012You would think carrying a 30.5 point lead into the final round of the 2012 World Superbike Championship would be a safe enough margin to win the title. Aprilia‘s Max Biaggi made it interesting, inexplicably crashing out of the first race at the finale in Magny-C0urs before scoring a fifth place finish in Race Two to give him a 0.5 point margin over Kawasaki‘s Tom Sykes to win the title. The 358 to 357.5 point difference is the narrowest finish ever in WSBK.
