Honda Other description

2002 Honda XR200R trail bike. This is a relisting with more pics and a different asking price since I've done a lot of work on this bike in the past month. Recently installed the following new items: Fork seals, fork boots, hand grips, front brake shoes, front brake cable, chain, sprockets, new rear tire, rear wheel bearings & seals, rear brake shoes. Runs great but the fenders have a little rash from various spills. Will consider trading this towards a 250 size dual sport, nothing else. 256-201-208one. Also have a 2002 XR100R for sale as well. I do not need help selling this bike. If you are really interested, please call-do not text.

Thu, 03 Oct 2013

Retired two-time MotoGP Champion Casey Stoner returned to the track this week to test Honda‘s RC213V racer as well as the company’s new RCV1000R production racer at the Twin Ring Motegi circuit in Japan. The weather again threatened to derail Honda’s testing plans, wiping out the first day of the two-day test but Stoner was able to finally able to put in some laps on the production racer and came away impressed.

Moto2 needs more radical bikes

Wed, 05 Sep 2012

Makers of fine exhausts, Taylormade Racing have built a Moto2 racer that harks back to the innovative machines like the Elf Honda 500 and Britten V1000. Since Moto2's inception in 2010 the class has featured bikes with conventional chassis but the Taylormade bike, designed by Paul Taylor and John Keogh, has a radical design featuring a carbon-fibre monocoque frame, carbon-fibre swingarm, wishbone monoshock front suspension and an under-seat radiator. However, with such radical engineering the inherent problem is that it is a risk for teams to invest in such a project.

Did you get your bike serviced at George White Slough?

Thu, 18 Aug 2011

Unfortunately, The George White branch at Slough has closed which means the sales, clothing and servicing departments are all gone. I got to know a few of the guys there as they're local to me and helped put my 848 Challenge bike together. If you used to get your bike serviced there, you might wonder where you can now go to get it done.
