Street legal, insured, titled and plated, used last year to drive to and from work, but I changed jobs and now work too far away. It has been sitting in garage and we are running out of room. It runs great and has amazing gas milage. Would be a great bike for anyone, I am 120 pounds and loved to drive and could move around easily.
