1991-2001 ModelBetween 1982 and 1990, the Nighthawks kept the same design and engine specs, until 1991 when Honda replaced the previous engine with a double overhead camshaft 747 engine. Other new additions to the motorcycle were its telescoping fork front suspension, hydraulic front brake system, swing arm rear suspension and rear drum braking system. Honda pre-owned this design until 2002.New Tires front and rear, Carburetor's were just cleaned and rebuilt, Gas tank cleaned and sealed and new petcock installed, New turn signals, New fork seals, Fresh oil change, new brakes front and rear. This bike is at our shop in Fairfax Va and has had a complete checkover and is in perfect running condition and is ready to ride. Minor cosmetic damage (see photos). Report: Dorna to Replace Superstock Classes with More Stock-Inspired WSBK and New 250cc Class

The coming World Superbike racing season may be the last to feature Superstock classes as series promoter Dorna tries to differentiate its WSBK and MotoGP properties. According to Italian outlet Motosprint, Dorna plans to rewrite the World Superbike and Supersport class rulebooks for the 2014 season to make the race bikes closer to their respective production models. This would create further separation between WSBK and MotoGP, with Superbike racing moving closer to its production-based roots while prototypes racing in the GP series.

Ryan Villopoto continues to be in championship form, taking his third consecutive victory and sixth of the season with a win at Lucas Oil Stadium for the Indianapolis round of the 2013 AMA Supercross Championship. The Monster Energy Kawasaki rider had a calculated, methodical race to take the win and expand his championship lead to nine points ahead of Davi Millsaps. Millsaps took the holeshot in a chaotic start to the main event that saw several riders go down at the opening corner.

Greg Tracy to Ride Amarok P1A Electric Sportbike for Pikes Peak International Hill Climb

Canada’s Amarok Racing has secured quite a coup in signing six-time Pikes Peak International Hill Climb winner Greg Tracy to ride its P1A electric superbike for the 2013 edition of the event. Tracy has six class victories in the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb, winning in 1996, 1999, 2006, 2008, 2009 and 2010. His victories have come riding motorcycles from several manufacturers: Honda, Yamaha, BMW and, more recently, Ducati.
