Honda Other description

1972 Honda XL 250 motosport .First year XL ,bike is a  nice survivor , titled ,with a little more attention very nice bike . Here is the rundown on what it needs .The light switch is run thru an aftermarket switch , Basically the right hand  switch  needs repair or replaced ,  choke cable is not there .I just put my finger on the choke lever and 1 or 2 kicks and she starts right up .  , I just use original  key for kill switch ,which also operates fork lock . Bike runs , shifts and rides nicely , but I'm at 7,000 ft. + elevation and may  need a carb adjustment to stay up at this elevation. Needs a  new battery . Original 6030 miles w/ original key  . Seat is very nice , tires are very good dual sports with very few miles on them ,new coil .Tank has some rust but good and very straight overall/no bondo ,and original paint. Good brakes ,lights were working ,see no reason why they are not now . .I just havent rode it for a while.Speedometer and tach function as they should.    Overall ,It is a well cared for Survivor .please ask questions as needed ,I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase , I also have a  parts XL that I may sell cheaply with this .  If the Buy it now is met , I will throw  the parts bike in ! I can deliver to forward air frieght for 100.00,they place them in their crate and it is very reasonable , or I may be able to deliver personally as well for a fee .
