1997 Honda Magna VF750, Honda Magna in excellent condition. I purchased it from a gentleman in VA Beach in 2011 for $3,000. It had 11,600 miles at the time. It now has 13,960 miles. I have replaced the battery, front tire & put a sissy bar on it. It is totally reliable & incredibly fast. I'm only selling it because I purchased a 4x4 to be the family's new play toy. I have the oil & filter for the next oil change. It has Mapam forward controls, Memphis Shades & the carbs have been jetted. From the day it was first purchased from the Honda dealer, it has always been garage kept & Seafoam has been used at every fill-up: she has been babied. I will not ride it in the rain. VA inspection good through 6/2014. If you find a book value for this bike which is lower than what I'm asking, it is because they are assuming this bike will have 10's of thousands of more miles on it than it does. $2800 cash, OBRO. $2,800.00 5404164529

Wed, 18 Jan 2012Kendall Norman and Cody Quinn are starring in a new YouTube video series produced by Red Bull, featuring the two multiple-time Baja winners preparing for the 2011 Baja 1000. The two riders teamed up with Hollywood stunt rider Logan Holladay to win the 2011 Baja 1000 for the JCR Honda team in November. To prepare for the competition, Norman, a six-time Baja 1000 and Baja 500 champion, and Quinn, four-time Baja 1000 winner, rode Honda CRF450Xs on a 12-day, 2800-mile off-road trip exploring the terrain between San Diego and Baja.
New: Venhill 888 fast-action twistgrips
Fri, 01 Mar 2013CONTROL specialist Venhill has launched its new 888 range of bike-specific fast action twistgrips. Supplied complete with the company's top of the range Featherlight cables, the kits are designed for a straightforward replacement of the factory-fitted equipment. Bike-specific kits are now available for the Honda CBR600F, Kawasaki ZX-6R/ZX-10R, Suzuki GSX-R600/750, Triumph 675 Daytona and Yamaha R1/R6, among others, with prices from £105. Here's Venhill's description of the new product: "Manufactured with a robust CNC machined alloy body, the 888 fast action twistgrip provides a choice of two settings and is supplied with two rotors so that riders can select the throttle action that best suits the riding conditions. Settings can be changed swiftly by undoing the two set screws securing the throttle body and changing the rotor. On the fastest setting there is 80° of rotation, (taking up 36mm of the cable), which is typically 45% faster than 'standard' throttles.
